Acceptible payment methods
Below is a list of the secure payment methods accepted on the website:
1) Credit Cards
When you enter the checkout process and choose to pay with a credit card you will automatically be re-directed to our third party payment processors Worldpay who will process your details securely. You will know this is a secure transaction because of the golden padlock on the right hand bottom corner of your browser. We partner with Worldpay as they are world leaders in providing secure online credit card processing and fraud detection.

Massage Store maintains a 14 day return policy for returnable items beginning with the date of delivery. Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded, free of charge of course. Please inspect your item within 24 hours of delivery and let us know within 2 days of delivery of any problems. We will arrange a replacement for you straight away if there is anything wrong with the product. After these 2 days you can return an item to us unused for a full refund up to 14 days of delivery.
Any returns after this period must be covered by warranty (see warranty info below). Any item that does develop a defect as a result of a fault in the manufacturing process will be replaced. However we can assure you this is very unlikely to happen as our tables are chosen carefully for their superior quality and workmanship.
We send all tables out in perfect condition. Each item is checked individually before despatch. When the item arrives at your address, please check item before signing with courier to ensure your table arrives in the same condition we sent it.
If you return an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be refunded the cost of the item in full but the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer. If the item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection and return at cost to us,
To return an item:
Place the item in the original shipping box or package. Include the original invoice. On the back of the original invoice, indicate the reason you are returning the item.
Call us at 021 4614958 and tell a customer service agent that you are returning your order and need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Include this number in the back of the original invoice, and return your order to:

Refunds: Massage Store will issue a refund upon receiving your returned order. Returned items must be in their original unused condition. Refunds are issued against the same method you used to pay for the original order.

All affinity massage tables and accessories come with a 2 year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.
All Porta-lite PROFESSIONAL GRADE massage tables and accessories come with a 5 year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.
All other Porta-lite massage tables and accessories come with a 1 year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship
During this period any problems that may occur and which are covered under the warranty and extended guarantee, we will repair or replace free of charge.
The only exclusion to the above is damage to the upholstery as you can appreciate people can have accidents with the upholstery.
